Operating quality management systems such as ISO9001 and having the ability to fabricate in-line with Secure by Design guidelines, means that the end results always speak for themselves – giving RED a source of professional pride and giving our clients a reason to work with us time and time again.

Our fabrication is undertaken through a network of long-term partners chosen for their reliability and quality – we see this as a real strength to our business model. We can pass on the following benefits to all our clients as a result of our model:

• RED are more agile and have lower overhead
• We do not need to chase lower quality work to fill the production line and cover our overhead
• We are not exposed to the risks associated with lower quality work and the disruptive (or potentially catastrophic) effects of a bad project coming through the system
• RED can use the flexibility of multiple fabricators to accelerate production to support our client’s goals
• We have more flexibility to fabricate multiple projects at the same time, by allocating other projects to other fabricators. Preventing 1 project coming under pressure because of securing additional work
