PRE-CONSTRUCTION

At RED we have a dedicated Pre-Construction team, headed by our Pre-Construction Director.

Our Pre-Construction team works closely with both the Estimating and Design teams to ensure that the business has a clear understanding of project requirements.

During the tender stage of a project our Pre-Construction team are able to assist our clients with Logistic Plans, Batching Plans, Tender Programmes – really laying out the whole framework of our approach. This forms a very transparent process for both our client and RED with all parties able to agree early on exactly what the requirements and expectations are.

This early work enables the design process to begin in earnest as soon as a project is awarded – as our design team are engaged prior to being in contract to provide design solutions and validate the specification.
