William’s is one of the Directors of the Company. His practice is primarily centred on non-contentious property and probate matters but he also retains an interest in litigation including matrimonial finance and employment issues.
He graduated from Aberystwyth University, qualified as a solicitor in 2000. After leaving University, William worked in Washington DC on the Congressional staff of both a US Senator and a US Congressman as well as a Research Assistant at the House of Commons. After completing a course of post-graduate study at Cambridge University, he qualified as a Notary Public in 2011. William's Notorial Practice is separate to that of Milwyn Jenkins & Jenkins.
William played league cricket for Welshpool for over 20 years before turning to golf where he plays off a handicap of 18. William is an enthusiastic Welsh learner.

Adrian is a Director at our Company and has been a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives since his admission in 1997 and has practiced law in Llanidloes for over 20 years. His areas of specialisation are property including residential and commercial, Family/Children Matters, agricultural matters, Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and probate matters, as well as dispute resolution.
Adrian is a Mediator with experience to assist in resolving a disputes and conflicts in a suitable environment in a constructive manner to the benefit of all parties involved.
He is a Full Accredited Member of Solicitors for the Elderly having received SFE's Older Client Care in Practice award. The award demonstrates that Adrian is able to advise and support older and vulnerable clients. He is also a member of the Agricultural Law Association.
He has lived in Llanidloes all his life and is an active playing and coaching member of both the local football and cricket clubs previously representing Montgomeryshire County Cricket Club on numerous occasions. He is the secretary, coaches and plays for Llanidloes Cricket Club and still plays for Llanidloes Town Football Club. He is a Trustee for Age Cymru Wales and is a Community Governor at Llanidloes School Federation. Adrian can converse in Welsh has for the last six years been actively learning Welsh.

Read More Kelly is a Solicitor at our company. She studied at Swansea University obtaining honours degree in Law (LLB). Following that, she took a break from further studies and spent a year working in accounts. Kelly has now completed her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Chester, obtaining a Distinction accreditation. Kelly was brought up on the family farm located on the outskirts of Llanidloes and although she leaves the majority of farming to her father and brother, she enjoys getting involved. She is the treasurer of Llidiartywaen Young Farmers and enjoys taking part in the events and competitions held throughout out the year.
